Hauptaufgaben:

• Pflege abrechnungsrelevanter Daten zur Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtlichen Beurteilung
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in SAP HCM
• Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden zu Fragen um Gehaltsabrechnungen oder Bescheinigungen
• Austausch mit internen Schnittstellen, z. B. HR‑Administration, Finance, usw.

Profil:

• Studium im Bereich der Betriebs-/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
• Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur Mitgestaltung
• Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Spaß an neuen Aufgaben
• Teamfähigkeit
• Interesse an personalwirtschaftlichen Themen und diese gemeinsam im Team zu lösen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
• Sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse
