SITE PURCHASING APPRENTICE

Working student Purchasing (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

You will be part of the Chemicals Purchasing Europe team (Raw material + Paint) and will report to the Raw Material Commodity Buyer in Germany on many different missions such as:

• Support cross-functional purchasing teams: Supply Chain, Project, Quality, Sales, etc.
• Process administrative tasks (reporting, orders, invoices disputes, contracts, systems updates, etc.)
• Gather the necessary information for the company to define and implement the best purchasing strategies
• Ensure process & systems follow-up in order to participate to the digitalization of the company
• Build RFQ to make the best purchasing selection & identify savings opportunities.
• Manage supplier & negotiate commercial + logistics conditions with them.
• Update the business plan and ensure its follow-up

Profile:

• Engineering school or Business school
• Analytical skills
• Good written and communication skills
• Chemistry knowledges and more specifically polymers will be an added value
• Good MS Office knowledge and SAP knowledge is good to have
• Curious, Rigorous, Organized, Determined and Persuasive
• Good level of English
