Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Werkstudent to support the creation and refinement of Business Process Models (BPM) for our Engineering R&D processes. You will work closely with process owners and engineering teams to document, visualize, and optimize workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and documentation of 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Use tools such as draw.io to create clear, standardized process diagrams with swim lanes, gateways, and timelines.
- Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to identify roles, actions, triggers, and decision points in engineering workflows.
- Ensure diagrams follow OPmobility’s BPM standards, including swim lanes per actor, clear start/end points, concise action descriptions, and proper sequencing.
- Support workshops and interviews to gather process information.
- Maintain version history and documentation of process models.
Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with process modeling and BPMN is a plus.
- Proficient in draw.io or similar diagramming tools.
- Detail-oriented and structured approach to documentation.
- Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
