In this role, you will be responsible for testing, validating, and verifying cutting-edge fuel cell systems. Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to developing sustainable energy solutions with a global impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute validation test plans for fuel cell systems and components based on performance, durability, and system requirements.
- Create and deliver detailed reporting on test results and system performance.
- Participate in product development and validation by verifying software functions, optimizing simulations, validating design on prototypes and serial-level products, and improving the correlation between accelerated lab tests and real-life vehicle usage.
- Support traceability between system requirements and test cases, ensuring consistency and alignment.
- Analyze test results, process data, identify key correlations, and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements.
- Supervise and mentor team members when needed, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Propose and implement improvements to testing tools, workflows, and processes to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards in laboratory environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in physics, mechatronics, or energy.
- At least 3 years of experience in system testing, validation, or mechatronics.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Strong experience in project management, ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones.
- Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or Polarion.
- Strong knowledge of fuel cell systems and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
