SITE MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

3 Shift Operation Supporting Day, Afternoons and Midnights up to 6 days a week. (2 Positions Available)

Overtime pay after 8 hours a day, and any Saturday's

Shift Premium pay for Afternoon's and Midnight shifts

Full time Rate: $43.08

• It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, planned and emergency maintenance in our Just-In-Time / Just-in-Sequence production environment
• Respond to line calls, trouble shoot and repair equipment to support the JIT production.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install new plant equipment as required.
• Fabricate fixtures, workstations etc. as required
• Modify equipment to support: Safety needs, Quality needs or Efficiency needs.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Repair damaged or broken equipment and tooling.
• Trouble shoot and program PLCs.
• Perform facility related maintenance in general carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical.
• Perform all duties in a safe (Lock Out) and environmental manner.
• Ensure conformance to all company and legislative policies and procedure and Rules of Conduct.

• WCM – Duties as assigned
• Has the ability to stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor and Plant Manager for safety-related matters requiring immediate repair.
• Ensuring compliance to and participating in IATF 16949 and CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) compliance & ISO 14001 certification
• Has the ability to stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor for quality related nonconforming matters requiring immediate repair
• Other duties as assigned.
