Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and standards in the assembly process, in accordance with; IATF 16949, Customer Specific Requirements, ISO14001 and ISO50001.

Implementing and maintaining process/ standards supporting management systems.

3.

Investigating and improvement utilizing WCM / (World Class Manufacturing processes) and Lean Manufacturing processes for internal failures.

4.

Ensure computer/internet access to department specific required Applications.

5.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues.

6.

Development of Single Point Training Lessons, Kaizens, etc. as required.

7.

Document and report on quality issues, inspection results, and corrective actions.

8.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for issues.

9.

Support Change Management processes.

10.

Conduct inspections and audits of assembly processes and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

11.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Support the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment and tools.

13.

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and assembly processes.
