1.

Assist the IO team with equipment plant floor deployment.  Administration data collection for machine adjustments, review and define PM activities, Ensure BOM regards critical spare parts.

Process development cycle time review and improvements.

In station general arrangement layouts for materials at the workstation.

4.

Ensure computer/internet access to department specific required applications.

5.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve performance issues.

Directed by IO develop a “practical” project.  Administration, implementation, improvements as needed to full deployment or plan to implement.

7.

Document and report on quality issues, inspection results, and corrective actions.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for issues.

Support the QM change management processes as needed.

Use PPE as required.  Participate in creating a safe oriented work environment.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Has the ability to stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor, Quality Manager and Plant Manager for quality related nonconforming matters requiring immediate repair.
