MISSION

  • OPMMC (OPmobility Machine China) project management
  • Project management and coordination with S.Q.C.D (safety, quality, cost, delivery) achievement 
  • Project budget control and profit management
  • Project risks identification and critical issues follow up
  • Project team member project performance appraisal
  • External & internal communication for project development

Responsibilities & Activities

Outline the key areas of responsibility for this position, including the related activities and eventual authorities

(A). Project management

  • Customer and OPMMC inner routine communication, coordination, to lead the management.
  • Lead the project management such as the master scheduling, action plan following, risk identification and management… to achieve project S.Q.C.D. (safety, quality, cost, delivery)
  • Project budget management ( ex: purchasing cost, development hours, T&E…), to ensure each project profit
  • Regular customer and OPMMC inner project review
  • Project change management, from request reception to impact analysis including safety, quality, lead time and cost
  • Machine onsite installation & debugging remote or onsite management
  • Open issue management and communication with customer and inner team
  • Lesson learns activity organization with inner team
  • Continuously improvement engagement for SQDC optimization

 

(B). Team performance monitoring

  • Base on project budget, control and tracking specific cost center actual performance
  • Base on lead time definition, control each function actual status
  • Base on actual quality status, customer feedback.
  • To summarize each team member performance, then propose project incentive value.

 

(C). Safety

  • He/she have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk.
  • Consciously accept safety training, actively participate in safety activities and comply with safety regulations;
  • Report unsafe status and behaviors in time, and actively participate in safety improvement.
  • Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

 

Personal Background

  • Minimum 3 years work experience of program management
  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Technical engineering background

 

Job Technical skills

  • Good project management skill
  • Good budget management skill
  • Good English level in reading, speaking, writing
  • Basic knowledge of machine development, hot plate welding machine and process control

 

Job Soft skills
