1. Process System Architecture & Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Expert-Level Planning: Lead the top-level design of the process architecture for new power battery module/PACK products. Combine cutting-edge industry technologies with company strategy to formulate forward-looking process routes and manufacturing strategies. In-depth DFM Evaluation: Deeply engage during the R&D phase to lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) assessments. Deliver professional evaluation reports covering process limits, equipment capabilities, and cost models to drive product design optimization and mitigate mass production risks at the source. Standard System Establishment: Lead the establishment and continuous refinement of company-level process technical standards (including core document libraries such as PFMEA, Critipar, Error proof) to ensure compliance, advancement, and knowledge inheritance of process specifications. 2. Core Technical Breakthroughs & Yield Enhancement Bottleneck Breakthroughs: Lead the resolution of major and complex process issues during trial runs and mass production. Spearhead specialized technical task forces to break through yield bottlenecks and performance limitations. Advanced Manufacturing: Utilize advanced statistical and engineering methods such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Six Sigma to deeply optimize core process parameters. Enhance the Process Capability Index (Cpk) to achieve the ultimate improvement in product consistency and reliability. Technology Solidification: Lead the validation and introduction of new processes, materials, and equipment. Complete the technical transition from R&D to mass production (NPI), output standardized process packages, and ensure the smooth implementation of new technologies. 3. Manufacturing Cost Optimization & Efficiency Maximization Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement: Drive the reduction of manufacturing costs (Direct Labor/Overhead) from the process source. Continuously optimize per-unit manufacturing costs through process integration, automation upgrades, and improved material utilization rates. Lean Smart Manufacturing: Combine the specific characteristics of power battery manufacturing processes to lead the optimization of overall production line layouts and the extreme compression of Cycle Time. Eliminate systemic waste and build industry-benchmark highly efficient production lines. 4. Technical Empowerment & Team Capability Building Knowledge Accumulation: Establish a process case library and failure mode knowledge base to transform individual experience into organizational assets, preventing the recurrence of similar issues. Professional Empowerment: Develop and implement advanced training plans for the process team. Guide junior and mid-level engineers in solving complex problems, elevating the team's overall capabilities in process analysis, data analysis, and project management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical liaison for the process department, efficiently collaborating with R&D, Quality, Equipment, and Production teams to drive the implementation of major cross-functional improvement projects.
