MISSION

• The Finance Manager Wuhan is responsible to lead the company’s short and long-range plan development; help drive the business toward achievement of those plans, financial and non-financial; and safeguard Opmobility assets. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment within tight time restraints. Unusual hours and travel may be required.

Responsibilities & Activities

Outline the key areas of responsibility for this position, including the related activities and eventual authorities

• He/she have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk.
• Consciously accept safety training, actively participate in safety activities and comply with safety regulations.
• Report unsafe status and behaviors in time and actively participate in safety improvement.
• Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Organize and follow up the accounting of the company for external and internal reporting
• Implement corporate financial rules and procedures and control their enforcement
• Relationships with Tax、 statistical、 financial institutions and co-operation with internal and external auditors
• Reviews of financial impact of current and future operations
• Oversee budget forecasting, long-range plan development and implementation
• Responsible for operating reviews and identifying business process improvements
• Responsible for supervising and developing direct reports
• Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
• Provide support to other positions as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Identify related parties’ interests and follow up with them;
• Program controlling management.

• As a manager, he /she ensures that his/her team is informed and trained about Quality, Safety and Environment requirements and respects the related rules. He/ She is accountable for the IMS process management within his perimeter of responsibility.

• Each member in the department submits at least 4 TSV reports per year
• Accurate reports delivered on time
• Monthly report
• Daily analysis;
• Action follow up record
• Identify improvement areas and be proactive on solving actions
• Timely and accurate presentation of financial data to managers
• Audit work performed with minimal delays and adjustments

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Personal Background

• At least 3-year senior level financial position
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance

Job Technical skills

• Experience in accounting, costing, pricing, and financial reporting.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common applications used in office
• Chinese language and verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Soft skills

• Must have leadership & organization skills
• Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data
• Experience in automotive financial management preferred
