Animate and lead the deployment of OPEX (operational excellence) and Lean Manufacturing Tools in the plant to continuously improve the Manufacturing Process in terms of safety, ergonomics, productivity, budget respect, Direct Labor and Indirect Labor efficiency, flows and stock optimization. Taking lead new technology (AGV, humanoid) to drive excellent operation. |

• Have authority to stop machines (E-stop) in case of immediate risk to avoid safety accidents and people injured. • Consciously accept safety training, actively participate in safety activities and comply with safety regulations; • Report unsafe status and behaviors in time, and actively participate in safety improvement. |
