MISSION

In one or two sentences, outline the primary purpose(s) of this position within the organization

• The Lab test technician is responsible to support the validation tests performed in the laboratory, including : sample preparation & soaking, test preparation, test supporting, test samples & equipment regular checking & recording, test execution,  under the supervision of the lab engineer.

实验技术员负责在实验工程师的指导下，支持实验室的验证测试计划，包括：样品准备、老化，测试准备，协助测试，测试样本和设备的日常点检和记录，实验实现。

• The Lab test technician is responsible to support prototype production & logistic & lab regular 5S to balance lab workload.

实验技术员需要管理安排下支持样件生产、物流、实验室的日常5S。

• He/she has to follow company safety procedure and always wear required PPE during work in company

他/她必须遵守公司的安全规定，并在公司工作期间始终佩戴个人防护用品。

Responsibilities & Activities

Responsibility 1: validation plan support

• Support test samples set up under lab engineer request.

   根据实验室工程师的要求，支持测试样品的搭建

• Support test preparation and perform tests based on lab engineer inputs

   根据实验室工程师的输入支持测试准备和执行测试

• Understand and apply with discipline the test working instructions

   理解并严格执行测试工作指导书

• Responsible to coordinate and manage resource for soaking room / tensile machine / sled test etc.

   负责协调和管理浸泡室/拉力机/碰撞测试等资源。

• Regular check samples based on lab engineer request, such as soaking and deformation.

   根据实验工程师的要求，定期检查样品，如浸泡和变形。

• Collect test data and prepare draft test report under lab engineer request, lab engineer is responsible to release report.

   根据实验室工程师的要求收集测试数据并准备测试报告草稿，实验室工程师负责发布报告。

• Alert in case of test non-conformity and support lab engineer for failure analysis and action plan.

在测试不合格的情况下提出警告，支持实验室工程师进行故障分析和行动计划。

• Support prototype activity when needed.

当生产需要时，需支持样件生产

• Support start-up check for the equipment during validation and prototyping activity.

支持测试和样件生产中所涉及到的设备的开机点检。

• Responsible for robotic line debugging and welding.

负责样件生产过程中的机器人调试和焊接。

Responsibility 2: other supporting

• Flexible to support warehouse & logics activity to balance workload.

   灵活支持仓库管理和物流工作。

• Support lab drum storage and waste storage management, and samples reception and scrappage.

   支持油桶库管理和危废品管理和样本的接收和报废工作。

• Follow PO quality policy and Department working instructions and procedures

   遵循PO质量政策和部门工作指导和程序

• Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.

   积极参与持续改进和纠正措施活动

Responsibility 3: Safety

• Be sure to comply with company safety standards procedure. No accident. (PPE, LOTO).

确保遵守公司安全标准的程序。无事故(PPE, LOTO)

• Be aware of equipment & utility safety, maintain and run equipment & tools in safe condition, inform equipment engineer & management in case of risk.

了解设备和公用设施的安全，维护和运行设备在安全状态下，如有风险通知设备工程师和管理人员

• Maintain 5S of work area on daily basis and apply laboratory 5S rules

每天保持工作区域的清洁，遵守实验室5S的规定

• Have authority to stop machines (E-stop) in case of immediate risk to avoid safety accidents and people injured. 

当遇到危险情况时，为了避免安全事故和人员受伤，员工有权利按下急停按钮。

• Consciously accept safety training, actively participate in safety activities and comply with safety regulations;

自觉接受安全培训，积极参加安全活动，遵守安全规定；

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Personal Background

• College degree in Mechanical Engineering, vocational school graduation or equivalent discipline

机械工程专科以上学历，中专或同等学科毕业

• three year experience minimum in automotive environment

三年以上汽车行业工作经验

• Familiar with the test equipment and quality system ( preferred)

熟悉测试设备和质量体系(优先)
