To lead the benchmark of potential supplier and screening of technology for batteries and electric drive applications.
Plan and realize the engineering activities to develop and integrate/validate the batteries and electrification systems in the global vehicle system
To ensure OPmobility batteries and electrification systems meet systems requirements
To launch new product lines (BEV & PHEV batteries and electrification systems) in accordance with the innovation roadmap (POC methodology)
To lead suppliers product development performance
Ensure Battery products lines transfer from innovation to Development with smooth methodology and tools transfer

For everyone out of MACO, Business Unit Leadership Teams and Plant Managers: Within his/her scope of responsibility, he/she respects the standards and rules in terms of Quality, Safety and Environment contributing to the IMS process management and improvement. For Managers, in addition to previous one: As a manager, he /she ensures that his/her team is informed and trained about Quality, Safety and Environment requirements and respects the related rules. He/She is accountable for the IMS process management within his perimeter of responsibility. MACO, Business Unit Leadership Teams, Plant Managers: Within his/her scope of responsibility he/she demonstrates leadership and commitment in respect of the IMS, He/she ensures that standards, processes, procedures, and objectives are updated in line with requirements and opportunely deployed within the organization making available the necessary resources. |
