· Participate in the technical definition of our products using simulation tools and meet the needs of project teams · Develop the simulation activity : software and hardware tools, methodologies, reliability of results, strengthen the scientific level · Promote simulation activity internally and externally |

Safety: · He/she have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk. · Consciously accept safety training, actively participate in safety activities and comply with safety regulations; · Report unsafe status and behaviors in time, and actively participate in safety improvement. · Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Support product development and industrial teams by conducting numerical simulations: · Identify, coordinate and build finite element models as required. · Request the required input data (test conditions, material properties, design data, manufacturing tools and methods). · Determine the required steps, models and iterations necessary to fully analyze the problem. · Identify the required timing necessary to complete the study. · Formalize results into reports for internal and/or external customers. · Present simulation predictions and design recommendations to internal and/or external customers. Participate in the continuous improvement of simulations: · Validate results. · Identify best practices and methods for each type of analysis. · Define and develop simulation tools. · Participate on global simulation team and make recommendations for the enhancement of tools, processes and procedures. · Justify cost/benefit of simulation through financial analysis. · Develop advanced engineering analysis capabilities. · Evaluate hardware and software in terms of gaining accuracy, productivity, and capacity. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing: participate in prototype runs and seek advice from processing experts. |

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS |
Personal Background · Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Mechanical, Aerospace or Material Engineering. · 1-2 years of experience with numerical simulation analysis.
Job Technical skills · Previous experience using numerical simulation tools is required. · Experience with Hyperworks and/or Abaqus is required. · Experience with Simlab, Optistruct, Fluent, and/or Blowview is a plus but not required. · Experience with SpaceClaim, NX and/or Catia is a plus but not required. · Experience with mold flow analysis is a plus but not required. · Experience in automotive and/or a blow molding environment is preferred.
Job Soft skills · Good understanding of material properties including plastics, rubbers and metals is required. · Ability to correctly interpret simulation results and propose realistic solutions is required. · Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes like blow molding, injection molding, compression molding, and metal stamping is a plus but not required. · Knowledge of automotive fuel and SCR systems and related components is a plus but not required. · At ease and effective in a matrix, multicultural and fast evolving environment. |
