For everyone out of MACO, Region Leadership Teams and Plant Managers : Within his/her scope of responsibility, he/she respects the standards and rules in terms of Quality, Safety and Environment contributing to the IMS process management and improvement. For Managers, in addition to previous one:: As a manager, he /she ensures that, his/her team is informed and trained about Quality, Safety and Environment requirements and respects the related rules. He/She is accountable for the IMS process management within his perimeter of responsibility. MACO, Region Leadership Teams, Plant Managers: Within his /her scope of responsibility, he/she demonstrates leadership and commitment in respect of the IMS, He/she ensures that standards, processes, procedures, and objectives are updated in line with requirements and opportunely deployed within the organization making available the necessary resources. Must have knowledge of the "Quality system, Process Approach and Continuous Improvement" procedure, Updates the score card indicators and manages the "Process performance reviews" (i.e. RPP), for the processes defined in the "KPI matrix” Leadership in promoting the use of Process Approach and Risk based thinking by implementing the Integrated Management System through his/her process
