Main Responsibilities
Support to deliver Purchasing Performance Planning, Forecasting & Reporting on time at the right quality. Scope includes:
- Global responsibility to serve: Business Group, regions for Purchase & finance
- Parts material costs including volume and cost reduction impacts
- Support others functions to understand each aggraded costs such as Supply chain costs, SNCR etc.
- Business plan, budget, forecasting and actuals
- Usage of SAP Controlling (CO) module and Opium to upgrade Squeeze reporting
Support Purchase performance planning, forecasting & reporting
- Annual BOM Purchase of 1.7B€
- Purchase volumes, price and variance recognition for BOM & Indirect Purchase
- Improvement Monthly Purchase cost reduction Report to MACO (one version of truth)
Support Sales KPI
- Sales revenue Business Group 2.5B€
- Support to align different KPIs within Business Group between CC and Finance (Claims, SPV, Customark)
Provide Planning & Analysis Support to Business group Finance
- Support Business Group finance team to improve continuously
- Any other tasks within the mission of the Business Group Finance team as required
Personal Background
- Student in Business School (ESC) in Accounting / Controlling major.
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong MS- Excel skills
- Communication skills, in particular to exchange and work with other function
Skills & Abilities
- Self-starter with superior communication skills
- Able to provide advice and support but also to challenge and provide an alert when things are not on track
- Able to build relationships and work both cross-functionally and cross-regionally
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
