Are you curious, creative, and ready to make an impact? As an Learning & Development specialist in the Business Group Learning & Development team, you’ll be at the heart of training innovation — helping design, promote, and deliver learning experiences that shape the future of OPmobility.

We are the Learning & Development team of the Business Group Exterior & Lighting, supporting 27,000 employees across 20 countries.

Our team of 3 passionate members is dedicated to creating innovative training solutions for our colleagues around the world.

Your Missions

You’ll support the creation and deployment of learning programs across various functions (Industrial, Manufacturing…). From digital content to international projects, you’ll be part of a team that makes learning meaningful and accessible.

What You’ll Do:

Build and shape the learning offer:

•          Co-create engaging training content (e-learning, videos, quizzes, guides…) with subject matter experts

•          Test and update training modules

•          Coordinate translation projects for global audiences

Contribute to global learning initiatives:

•          Take part in international skill development projects (Skill matrix, Metier schools…)

•          Launch and monitor training in our LMS (Learning Management System)

 Ensure quality and visibility:

•          Maintain and update online catalogs and SharePoint

•          Create visual communication materials (slides, visuals, news…)

•          Support training reporting and KPI tracking

Profile

You are a highly motivated young graduate from an engineering school or university with a first professional experience or strong internships in HR, preferably in Learning & Development in a fast pacing environment.

You are a team player, a self-learner and can demonstrate leadership as well as good communication skills and ability to interact with leaders and shopfloor teams.

Open-minded and with a desire to learn, you demonstrate willingness to embark on an international career. You are rigorous, detail oriented and dynamic. You are confident working with stakeholders and translating needs

You are fluent in English and another language is a plus
